We are changing host location and provider
interRAI Services is changing the location and provider for hosting the interRAI assessment software system (Momentum).
This change is to improve the security of the system, align with the national Data and Digital strategy for Te Whatu Ora and enable future improvements to the software user experience.
Momentum will be unavailable during the transition
Momentum will be unavailable for all users from 4pm, Friday 28 July until 8am Monday, 31 July 2023, while the transition takes place.
You must take some steps to prepare
There are some key tasks you must complete before the transition.
These are:
- Install new security certificate. Most organisations have now been in contact with us. Check with your Manager or IT provider to make sure your workplace is ready.
- Complete or discontinue draft assessments, notes, and care plans.
- Check in/check out (CICO) users only - run the Checked-Out Client Record report and ensure all records are checked back in.
