Methodology
From Monday 13 July 2026, the optional COVID Vulnerability Screener Items (B6–B13) will be removed from the Contact Assessment.
These items were optional to complete and originally added during the COVID-19 pandemic to aid the identification of vulnerable patients. Following a review, these items will now be removed to improve user navigation and experience.
No action is required from users. This change will not affect the ACC version of the Contact Assessment.
