Always check your emails to make sure we haven’t sent you any notices of system outages.

- Option 1– If you are based in the South island, Auckland or Northland
- Option 2 – If you are based elsewhere
Alternatively you can call the Service Desk direct on the number listed below for your DHB.
Note – we cannot action email requests for password resets. You must call for a password to be reset so your access can be verified.
In order to reset your password, you will be asked your security questions and username to verify your credentials.
Remember: Do not share your password with anyone.
