Trajectories of care and the use of specialist palliative care

On 22 May 2019, Professor Heather McLeod presented her research exploring the use of services over the last ten years of life for all deaths in New Zealand during 2015. This research was commissioned by the Ministry of Health and links data from interRAI assessments, the National Collections, aged residential care subsidies, and data from hospices and hospital palliative care.
