interRAI Education and Support Services has training available to help you manage clients within the National Software System
This course is for administrators in Community offices, who manage all community records through the referral process
Select this course to learn about:
- how to access the interRAI software system
- how to admit, discharge and transfer client records
- how to navigate around the client overview screen and navigation tabs
- how to complete reports your organisation may require
This course has five modules and takes one hour to complete.
Once the course is completed you can apply for read-only access to the interRAI software system.
You need a computer or tablet with an internet connection and browser. Make sure you activate sound and enable popups.
