This outage only applies to the Canterbury DHB host site covering these areas:

If you have checked out assessments, please make sure you check them all back in beforehand. Please contact the interRAI service desk at 03 378 6555 or interRAIservicedesk@cdhb.govt.nz if you have any issues using the interRAI software system once it is back online.

New look and feel

On Monday 26 August 2019 we are activating a new user interface for the interRAI software system.

The functionality stays the same, but some tabs and buttons may have moved locations.

This is a welcome change, though we appreciate that it might require some adjustment. Make sure you contact interRAI Services with any issues or questions.

Planning your parental leave

If you are planning to take leave for more than six months and intend to maintain your interRAI assessor competency, please email us at interRAI@tas.health.nz

We will temporarily disable your access to the interRAI software system and Relias. When you return to work, please email us again and your access will be reactivated.
