Question: What is an Enduring Power of Attorney (EPOA)?
Answer: An Enduring Power of Attorney is a legal document which allows you (the donor) to appoint a person or agency of your choice to make welfare and/or property decisions on your behalf. This person or agency becomes your attorney. There are two types of EPOA - (a)Health & Welfare and (b)Property.
