Education and Competency Manager
Karyn is a Comprehensive Registered Nurse (RcpN) who has worked across varying health sectors in clinical and management roles. Karyn was involved in the community implementation of interRAI assessments throughout Hawke’s Bay where she is based, and continues to be involved in the roll out of the interRAI Palliative Care assessment nationally.
Karyn is passionate about the quality education and support of others working with interRAI.
Quality Assurance Compliance Manager
Karen joined interRAI Services in 2016, as Registration and Reporting Coordinator. She moved to the Competency and Quality team in 2021.
Karen has a New Zealand Diploma in Business and Information Systems Examination Board qualifications in software testing. Karen came to interRAI Services from the Bank of New Zealand where she was a Team Leader and Test Manager. Karen brings over 20 years of software testing expertise and leadership experience, having worked in NZ and the UK.
Karen brings to interRAI Services a solid business and customer service background, a practical approach to her work and strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
