interRAI Services is the national provider of services to support interRAI and is a business group within the Central Region’s Technical Advisory Service (TAS) – a health shared services agency.
Michele McCreadie
General Manager, interRAI Services
Michele is General Manager, interRAI Services at TAS. Michele has extensive senior management experience primarily across the health sector. In the UK, Michele held a number of senior management positions in the National Health Service and was Director Older Peoples Services in Social Care. In New Zealand her roles have included leading the National Breast and Cervical Screening Programmes for the Ministry of Health. As General Manager, Legal Aid Services, Michele led a programme of work to reform the legal aid system. She is a Trustee on the Te Omanga Hospice Trust, Lower Hutt, and a member of the Institute of Directors.
Dr Brigette Meehan
Principal Advisor, interRAI Services
Brigette is Principal Advisor for interRAI Services at TAS. She is an interRAI Fellow, a member of the interRAI Instrument and Systems Development committee (ISD) and co-chairs the interRAI international training committee. Brigette has a PhD in Speech Pathology (Queensland) and a Masters of Education (Canterbury) and has worked across the health and education sectors in clinical and management roles. She is an adjunct Associate Professor at Massey University and Honorary Lecturer at Auckland University. Prior to TAS her most recent role was working for the Ministry of Health.
Deb Muliss
interRAI NZ Secretariat
Deb has worked in several public service organisations providing planning and policy advice, plus executive support to senior management. Deb has also delivered a number of complex change management projects including the Gender Integration Audit findings for the New Zealand Defence Force.
Terry Huntley
Software Services Manager
Terry Huntley has been interRAI Software Services Manager since July 2017. Terry came to interRAI Services from the Ministry for the Environment, where he was the Business Relationship Manager in the Ministry’s IT team. Terry brings lots of experience in software services and relationship management across a variety of sectors including ICT, government agencies and general customer services.
Margaret Milne
Manager interRAI Education and Support Services
Margaret is a Comprehensive Registered Nurse (RcpN), in her current roll she is the Manager Education and Support Team for the interRAI program. Margaret brings a wide range of nursing experience to this role which gives her a unique perspective of both clinical skills and people management. Having worked with the interRAI team for over 8 years she has extensive experience in all aspects of interRAI in New Zealand.
